Telecom Maintenance Foreman Entinu Networks, LLC Houston, TX Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications CPR Certification OSHA 10 Antenna tower climbing OSHA 30 High school diploma or GED Driver's License Supervising experience First Aid Certification Full Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Climbing and Supervising work on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment; performs tower maintenance. The basic use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment Knowing the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and working on or near energized lines and equipment The ability to climb elevated structures (100 feet or more) with 50 lb. load Analysing situations accurately and adopt an appropriate course of action Follow instructions accurately and complete assigned duties Recognizing safety hazards and performing duties in a safe manner Overnight stays and extensive travel required Education and/or
Experience:
Must have High school diploma or equivalent Must have 2+ years of experience climbing and working on towers Must have 1+ years of experience as a Tower Foreman Must be a well-organized self-starter with a strong attention to detail Industry experience and understanding of multiple carrier standards and procedures (AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.) Strong understanding of T-Mobile builds, installation, troubleshooting and repair Experience completing close out packages Experience using antenna and line sweep and PIM test sets, and fiber inspection systems Experience installing waveguide, coax, and other cabling systems to include antennas and microwave dishes Current certifications to include: Competent Climber/Rescue, OSHA 10/30, RF Awareness, First Aid, and CPR Possess a valid driver license and be able to pass the Motor Vehicle Records check and criminal background investigation
