Western Towers is a full-service communication tower provider that designs, fabricates, and installs towers across the United States and internationally. As a member of our Civils Crew, you will play a crucial role in tower maintenance and installations. Applicants with CDL A or B will be given priority, as we need individuals who can mobilize towers and equipment to the field for installation. Once in the field, you will assist in completing the project and then mobilize equipment back to San Angelo. Please note, this is not a traditional truck-driving position.

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and good listenening skills Pass a drug test prior to employment Reside in the San Angelo area but be able to travel during the week 75% of the time during the week Ability to handle physical labor in outdoor conditions Ability to operate hand and power tools of all types Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks under high pressure conditions

Duties:

Safely transport material and equipment to the job site Construction of foundations of all types and sizes (training can be provided but prior experience a plus) Operating heavy construction equipment Assisting tower crew in multiple types of tower installation Performing other duties as assigned
