As a Tower Technician, you will combine technical expertise with physical agility to perform inspections, repairs, and installations that keep our networks connected and operational. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of tower structures to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance needs Install, repair, and maintain communication equipment such as antennas, cables, and power supplies on towers Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during installation and repair tasks Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure precise work execution Ensure compliance with safety standards by following proper procedures during climbing and working at heights Document all work performed through detailed reports Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in a construction environment Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for tower maintenance and construction tasks Knowledge of schematics related to electrical systems and structural components of towers Experience with construction site safety protocols and working at heights using fall protection gear Join us to be part of a dedicated team that builds resilient infrastructure while advancing your skills in a specialized trade.
