This position assists with job site preparation, material handling, and cleanup while following safety standards, company procedures, and California regulatory requirements. This role does require a Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB) Applicator's license. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist repair technicians with structural and cosmetic repairs related to pest damage
• Prepare job sites by setting up tools, materials, and protective equipment
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and debris
• Perform basic construction and repair tasks under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and company vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols, including ladder safety, PPE use, and hazard awareness
• Comply with all company policies and applicable California regulations
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
• Accurately track time worked and follow meal and rest period policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid California driver's license
• SPCB Applicator's license
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Preferred :

• Previous experience in construction, home repairs, or pest control support
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools Physical Requirements
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and standing
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to work in confined spaces, crawlspaces, attics, and on ladders

Pay:

$18.00

• $21.

00 per hour
