• Full-time Overview We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Aerial Groundhand to support our aerial line crews in the field.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You'll assist linemen by preparing tools and materials, operating equipment, and ensuring job site safety on aerial utility projects. Responsibilities Support linemen in the construction, maintenance, and repair of aerial utility lines Prepare, transport, and organize tools and materials on site Operate and maintain small machinery, hand tools, and equipment Set up and maintain safe work zones, including traffic control Assist in pole setting, wire pulling, and other aerial operations Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and job sites Perform other duties as assigned by the crew leader or supervisor Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or ability to obtain) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, dig, carry materials, and perform manual labor Comfortable working around heavy equipment and high-voltage lines Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required Prior experience in utility construction or general labor preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Traffic control (flagger) certification Knowledge of aerial utility line construction techniques and tools
