Traffic Control Leads & Entry-Level Flaggers for Evenings and night shift!
Location:
Portland, OR! | Hiring Immediately! Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Traffic Controllers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians around construction sites. This position requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and the public. Available Positions:
Lead Flagger / Sign Setter $22.50
  • 24.50/hr. (Depending on experience) Entry-Level Flaggers $20.50/hr. No experience needed
  • we'll train you! $3 pay Shift Differentials for nights between 6:00pm and 6:00am and weekend work! Work sites vary across the region
  • no two days are the same!
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain safe traffic control zones (training provided) Monitor and manage traffic flow on job sites Uphold safety and compliance standards Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Represent the company with professionalism and reliability Requirements
  • Entry-Level Flaggers:
    Age 21 or older Open availability, including nights and weekends Must pass a background check Must wear jeans and work boots Will need a WA/OR Flagger Card
  • we can help you get certified! Valid driver's license + clean driving record Requirements
  • Leads:
    6+ months of flagging experience Valid WA/OR Flagger Card

Valid driver's license + clean driving record Flexible availability (including overnights/weekends) Must pass a background check Willingness to travel in a company vehicle $500 sign-on bonus for Leads after 160 hours worked Age 21 or older
Schedule Options:
