AIRPORT VACANCIES

We are currently looking for an experienced 1099 cleaning subcontractor for recurring vacancy maintenance cleanings in a commercial office property. All offices have already been deep cleaned. This position is strictly for maintenance-style touch-up cleaning of vacant office suites.

Job Details Pay:

$30 flat per office Most offices take 1 hour or less to complete All locations are in the same property and grouped together No driving between locations required — suites are just a few doors apart Number of units varies monthly ◦ Some months may have 10 vacancies ◦ Other months may have 15+ vacancies Monthly schedules will be sent in advance for coordination Responsibilities Maintain vacant office suites in clean condition Vacuum and/or touch up floors Clean and maintain bathrooms Wipe surfaces as needed Remove smudges or marks from walls/glass Ensure overall presentation of suite is move-in ready Requirements Must have previous commercial cleaning experience Must have reliable transportation Must be professional and dependable Must be able to communicate consistently Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor Must have authorization to work in the U.S. Important This is supervised work. APCS supervisors will periodically inspect completed cleanings for quality control purposes. Continued subcontractor opportunities will be based on: Quality of work Reliability Communication Overall performance This is ideal for an experienced cleaner or small cleaning company looking for consistent recurring work with flexible monthly volume.

$90.00 per day
