We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Traffic Controller to assist with directing vehicles, maintaining traffic flow, and ensuring a safe and organized parking experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles safely and efficiently Assist valet team with maintaining smooth traffic flow Greet customers and provide clear instructions Monitor parking areas to ensure organization and safety Communicate with valet attendants and management throughout shifts Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Previous traffic control or parking experience is a plus, but not required A prompt employee, able to adhere to assigned schedule consistently Ability to make change. Flagging cars into the parking lot Instructing payment Ensuring cars are parked in the correct spots Must pass a criminal background check Must be at least 18 years or older Ability to read and write English language
