Certified Traffic Control Flagger (23 Years Experience) Immediate Contract Work

Job Summary TrafCon Traffic Control is seeking reliable and certified Traffic Control Flaggers for immediate contract work supporting active job sites across Gwinnett County and Metro Atlanta. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of experience who are looking for consistent, flexible work with a growing traffic control company. As contracts increase, there is strong potential for ongoing and full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Direct and manage traffic flow safely through active work zones Set up and break down traffic control devices (cones, signage, barricades) Communicate clearly with crew members, drivers, and site personnel Monitor traffic conditions and adjust as needed to maintain safety Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE Maintain awareness of surroundings to prevent hazards and ensure smooth operations Requirements (MANDATORY): Current ATSSA Flagger Certification 2-3 years of traffic control or flagging experience Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication and situational awareness

Preferred Qualifications:

OSHA 10 (Construction) certification Experience working on construction or roadway projects

This is a 1099 independent contractor role . Work is assigned based on active projects and scheduling needs, with the opportunity for consistent work as TrafCon expands.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
