About us Wong's Equipment & Service is a small family owned business in Honolulu, HI. We are the Authorized Factory Service Center for the State of Hawaii for Ridgid and Greenlee tools. We are professional, collaborative and customer-centric.

Growth opportunities Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training We are looking for a Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and troubleshooting electronic and mechanical systems, as well as experience with tools and test equipment. The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and repair a wide variety of complex systems, provide excellent customer service, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues. Repair and replace defective parts. Test equipment to ensure proper functioning. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance. Keep up to date with the latest technology and industry trends. Provide technical support to customers. Follow safety procedures when working with hazardous materials.
Job Type:

$17.50 - $18.50 per hour
