is seeking shop workers for our shop/yard in Freeburg and Red Bud. We are looking for full time permanent help, for year round work. We offer health insurance and paid time off. Traffic control or construction background is a bonus, but not required. Willing to train the right person This job consist of but is not limited to: Assembling and breaking down of construction signs Preparing traffic control devices for layout Organizing the yard for quick access to inventory Maintain a clean & organized workstation Prepare sales and rental equipment for pick-up or delivery Loading & unloading of trucks The right candidate will need to have the ability to: Work in an outside environment Work individually as well as part of a team Be available 40+ hours a week, including some weekend work Learn and retain information quickly Work well with hand tools, power tools, welder, and forklift/bobcat Problem solving skills Requirements for consideration: Min 18 years of age or older Have a working vehicle Valid drivers license & clean driving record Ability to move throughout the day and lift 30+ lbs regularly
