Key Responsibilities:

Safety is our top priority Class A CDL or Class B CDL with an air brake endorsement is a plus Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed Ability to work and lead a traffic control crew/team environment on road project Forklift certification is preferred Capable of lifting/manipulating objects weighing 50 pounds on a regular basis Directs traffic control operations, sets ups signs, barricades and barrels during road maintenance operations Ability to perform while working on feet for 10+ hours per day during inseason Punctuality and dependability are essential skills

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a Traffic Control Helper or Foreman. Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a construction or similar environment. Ability to operate and handle heavy equipment safely. Strong understanding of road safety regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
