Experienced Parking Lot Striper (Line Markings with Machines)•Lafayette, LA Under Pressure is seeking a highly skilled Parking Lot Striper to join our team in Lafayette. Position Type:

Full-Time Pay Range:

$18.00•$35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Expected Hours:

30•60 per week

Schedule:

Primarily night shifts and weekends during peak season, with some day work

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality line striping on parking lots, roadways, and other surfaces Read and follow striping plans, including curves and specialty layouts Ensure accuracy, spacing, and consistency of lines and markings Operate striping equipment and perform basic maintenance Safely drive company trucks and tow trailers to and from job sites Work in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area

Minimum Requirements:

✅ Valid driver's license (REQUIRED•please do not apply without it) ✅ Minimum of 4 years of hands-on striping experience ✅ Ability to pass a drug screening ✅ Reliable transportation and working phone ✅ Willingness to work nights, weekends, and variable hours ✅ Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather ✅ Ability to read site plans and execute complex layouts, including curves ✅ Attention to detail and strong safety awareness ✅ Mechanical knowledge is a plus ✅ High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
