Unloader/Gate Clerk

Join the Inter-Rail Transport Family Note-35 hour per week guaranteed(and sometimes you will not work that many, but will still get paid a min of 35 hours) The hours for this job vary dependent on the BNSF train service. Although a day off schedule is provided you Must be available 6am to 6pm 7 days a week including holidays. IRT manages automobile distribution terminals for all class 1 railroads around the country. As part of Team Dilworth you will be responsible for 2 tasks #1

• The safe preparation of railcars to unload, safe unloading of new automobiles and trucks from said railcars, and then parking them in a storage yard.

This work is done outside in every weather condition. The work is very labor intensive and at times the weather is unforgiving. #2-Gate clerk-Responsible for opening and closing the gate to the facility(it is an automated gate, not manual) and collecting load sheets from truck drivers as they exit.

• Must be able lift 40-50lbs above your head.
• Must be able to work in outside conditions.
