If you take your work seriously, like being outdoors, and want a job with real responsibility (and growth), keep reading What You'll Do (AKA Your Superpowers) Get trained by DOT-certified traffic control pros Keep drivers safe and informed through construction zones Protect construction crews and the public Work with fellow flaggers to keep traffic moving smoothly Set up and break down roadwork signs (MUTCD standards) Gain hands-on construction site experience What's In It for You $20/hour starting pay with $0.25 per mile Paid training (we'll teach you!)
