Job Summary:
As an Aerial Groundhand, you will support aerial construction crews with material handling, site preparation, traffic control, equipment organization, and general labor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock and load trucks with materials and tools. Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks. Complete required company documentation. Organize materials, tools, and equipment. Read blueprints to interpret work assignments. Assist with traffic control and jobsite safety. Perform general cleanup of trucks and work areas. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Reconcile issued materials daily. Work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout the day. Strong communication skills. Reliable attendance and work ethic. Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred. Ability to pass drug screening and background check. Authorized to work in the United States.
