Duration:

~1 month (June 2026) Job Description D&H Flagging is currently hiring experienced Traffic Controllers (Flaggers) for a short-term assignment in Bend, OR , starting the first week of June 2026 and lasting approximately one month . This position is classified as part-time and on call ; as the hours are dependent on our contractor's needs. However, we expect full-time hours , with possible overtime, based on project needs. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work flexible shifts.

Pay Starting wage:

Prevailing Wage $41.10/hour (Fringe pay $18.10) Opportunities for overtime and extended hours when available Responsibilities Direct and control traffic safely through construction and work zones Set up and maintain traffic control equipment (cones, signs, barricades) Communicate effectively with team members and the public Follow all safety standards and site-specific procedures Adapt to changing conditions and job site needs Requirements Previous flagging/traffic control experience

REQUIRED

Valid flagger certification (must be current) Reliable transportation to job sites around Bend Strong awareness of safety practices Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Flexible availability due to on-call scheduling Schedule On-call, part-time classification Day, night, and weekend shifts may be available Full-time hours are often available depending on workload Why Work with D&H Flagging?
