• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable, exclusive use personal vehicle
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Phone with current data plan Required Attributes
• Punctuality
• Typical shifts are weekdays beginning between 6 and 8 AM
• Team player
• Moving with a purpose and working well as a team is imperative
• Physically capable
• We set our own work zones
• Standing for long periods of time
• 100% outdoor job
• Lift up to 40 lbs Hours
• Job assignments are dispatched every afternoon for the following day
• Shift lengths depend on our contractors' needs Required Equipment to Begin
• Hard Hat
• Class 3 Retroreflective Vest
• Retroreflective Stop/Slow Paddle
• Over the ankle lace-up work boots
• Smartphone with current data plan We provide vests, hard hats and paddles at cost and on payment Compensation and Benefits
• $21.50/hour minimum with incremental raises
• Up to $39/hour for premium shifts
• Health insurance after 90 days
• Free flagger certification class upon hire We conduct background checks and are a drug free company
