Varies (day, night, weekends, and overtime available) Position Overview We are actively hiring Traffic Control Crew Members (Flaggers) to support roadway and construction projects. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow while protecting construction crews, motorists, and pedestrians in active work zones. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and a physically active environment . Key Responsibilities Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades Direct traffic using flags, hand signals, and signage Guide drivers through detours, lane closures, and construction zones Monitor work zones to ensure safety for crews and the public Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate traffic flow Support general labor tasks, including site setup, cleanup, and equipment handling Follow all safety regulations and traffic control procedures at all times Qualifications Previous flagging, construction, or general labor experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) Strong attention to safety and situational awareness Good communication skills and teamwork mindset Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks Why Join Our Team?
