Traffic Control Flagger Traffic Regulators -
Harrisburg & Lancaster, PA Area Starting Pay:
$19.00 Per Hour Traffic Regulators is currently hiring dependable and safety minded individuals to join our team as Traffic Control Flaggers throughout the Harrisburg and Lancaster areas. No previous traffic control experience is required. We provide training and opportunities for advancement. Position Responsibilities Direct and control traffic safely through work zones. Protect workers, motorists, and pedestrians by following established traffic control procedures. Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices including signs, cones, barricades, and arrow boards. Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, contractors, and the public. Follow all company, PennDOT, and safety regulations. Report safety concerns and incidents promptly. Safely operate company vans and pickup trucks to transport personnel and traffic control equipment to and from job sites. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a company van or pickup truck. Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry traffic control equipment. Must be dependable, punctual, and safety focused. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
