LCI-Lineberger Construction Inc. , located in Lancaster, SC , is hiring Construction Laborers / Flaggers for heavy highway and civil construction projects across South Carolina. We are looking for hardworking, dependable team members who understand the importance of safety, communication, and supporting daily jobsite production. This role may include general labor duties, traffic control, cleanup, material handling, and assisting crews with roadway, paving, grading, utility, and site work. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites around traffic, heavy equipment, uneven ground, and changing weather conditions. Candidates must be willing to perform physically demanding work, follow instructions, maintain awareness of their surroundings, and support the crew wherever needed. Flagging or traffic control experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety are essential.

What We Need:

Safety First Mindset:

Must follow all jobsite safety rules, traffic control procedures, and company policies at all times.

Traffic Control Awareness:

Able to help direct traffic safely, communicate clearly with drivers and crew members, and stay alert in active work zones.

General Labor Support:

Willing to perform a variety of labor tasks including site cleanup, shoveling, moving materials, setting up work zones, and assisting equipment operators and skilled crews.

Dependability:

Show up on time, ready to work, and maintain a strong work ethic throughout the day.

Teamwork and Communication:

Must be able to listen, follow direction, and work well with supervisors, operators, truck drivers, and field crews. Physical /

Work Conditions:

Must be able to work long hours as needed, including early mornings, and handle outdoor construction conditions in all seasons.

Experience:

Previous construction labor, roadway, paving, utility, or flagging experience is helpful, but not required for dependable candidates willing to learn.
