Traffic Control Flagger :

Starting pay of $18.50/hour, increasing to $19.50/hour, with the potential to earn up to $22.50/hour upon direct hire by the client Monday-Friday schedule, typically 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (7-10 hour shifts) Weekend availability required with flexible scheduling for events, concerts, and special assignments Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity In-house certification provided for non-certified flaggers Safety-focused work environment Weekly pay Insurance options available Job duties of a

Traffic Control Flagger :

Performs traffic control and flagging operations following all safety procedures Sets up and removes signs, cones, barricades, and other traffic control devices Directs motorists safely around work zones and moving equipment Coordinates daily plans, locations, and updates with crew leads and officers Ensures safety of workers and the traveling public at all times Monitors and maintains traffic control equipment and visibility in workzones Completes job tickets, paperwork, and end-of-day walkthroughs accurately and on time Communicates team updates and equipment needs with supervisors Assists with setup, monitoring, and breakdown of work areas Follows all safety rules and wears required protective equipment Works independently to set up and perform flagging duties per site plans or supervisor direction Operates a two-way radio for clear communication Provides excellent customer service and professionalism Adheres to company policies, procedures, and safety standards Performs other related duties as assigned Job Requirements and Desired Skills for

Traffic Control Flagger :
