Traffic Control Flagger - Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Traffic Control Flagger - Foreman to lead and oversee traffic management operations on construction sites. In this vital role, you will ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicles and pedestrians around active construction zones, while supervising a team of flaggers. Your expertise in construction site safety, and traffic control certification will be instrumental in maintaining a secure work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of traffic control activities, coordinate with construction crews, and uphold the highest safety standards on busy job sites. Duties Lead and supervise a team of traffic control flaggers, ensuring they follow safety protocols and site instructions effectively Set up and maintain proper traffic control devices such as cones, signs, barriers, and flagging stations to guide vehicles and pedestrians safely around construction zones Coordinate with construction managers, utility crews, and other stakeholders to plan traffic flow and minimize disruptions Qualifications Proven experience in construction site operations with a focus on traffic control or flagging roles Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively in a fast-paced environment Valid certifications for flagging or traffic control - ATSSA Traffic Control Certification (In house certification opportunities available) Join our team to lead impactful traffic management efforts that keep everyone safe while supporting both large-scale construction projects as well as utility maintenance. Pay:

$18.00 - $23.52 per hour
