•Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Thermoplastic Labor to join our team. This position is responsible for the installation of thermoplastic pavement markings, including parking lots, roadways, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate has experience with striping equipment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Apply thermoplastic pavement markings (lines, symbols, crosswalks, etc.) Operate striping equipment, torches, grinders, and related tools Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and layout of markings Read and follow site plans, blueprints, and layouts Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Perform routine maintenance on equipment Work outdoors in various weather conditions Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications Experience in thermoplastic striping or pavement marking preferred Knowledge of striping equipment and materials Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed Team player with good communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with parking lot striping or road striping Familiarity with DOT standards and layouts Drivers license Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health benefits [if applicable] Paid time off [if applicable] Opportunities for growth and advancement

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
