Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and skilled traffic controllers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians around construction sites, primarily in rural areas. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with team members and the public.

Available Positions:

Lead Flagger / Sign Setter $21.00/hr | Experienced flaggers with flagger card preferred, but not required Entry-Level Flaggers $18.00/hr | Experienced flaggers with flagger card preferred, but not required

Overtime:

Lead Flagger / Sign Setter = $31.50/hr | Entry-Level Flagger = $26.00/hr

Working Hours:

Monday

• Friday:

  7:30 am
• 6:00 pm ( Must be able to work these hours )

Saturday:

7:30 am

• 4:00 pm ( Must be able to work these hours ) Work sites vary, and will be assigned the night prior

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain safe traffic control zones (training provided) Monitor and manage traffic flow on job sites Uphold safety and compliance standards Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. / proper breaks and lunch will apply Represent the company with professionalism and reliability Requirements

• Entry-Level Flaggers:

  Age 18 or older Must wear jeans and work boots Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle to get to the worksite daily Will need a VA Flagger Card
• we can help you get certified with the appropriate information for class needed, and a one-time cost of $100.00 will be required if you do not have a current flagger card. If you work for 60 days, we will reimburse you the $100.00, plus pay you an additional $150.00 for taking the course. Requirements

Sign Setter:

6+ months of flagging experience Must wear jeans and work boots Valid VA Flagger Card Valid driver's license = clean driving record. Leads will be assigned a company truck Flexible availability (including Saturdays) Same working hours as flaggers above Must pass a background check, be a responsible leader, and be an on-time/dedicated employee
