Job Description As a Flagger, you'll be responsible for directing traffic safely around construction zones, utility projects, and road maintenance areas. Your role is essential in protecting workers, drivers, and pedestrians while keeping traffic flowing smoothly.
Responsibilities Direct and control traffic using hand signals and signs Communicate clearly with team members and the public Maintain a safe work environment at all times Stay alert and responsive in active road conditions
Requirements Ability to stand for long periods and work in all weather Strong attention to detail and quick decision-making Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Dependable and safety-focused attitude
