Job Description
Job Description - Direct traffic safely using stop/slow paddles and hand signals Control the flow of vehicles through construction zones Communicate effectively with crew members and other flaggers Set up and remove traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades) Monitor traffic conditions and report any safety concerns Follow all safety guidelines and traffic control procedures Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with the public Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age Willing to train and certify the right candidate Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work Strong attention to safety and awareness of surroundings Ability to communicate clearly with team members and the public Reliable transportation and strong attendance required Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures at all times LaborMAX Staffing is an equal opportunity employer
