Aerial Lineman

About the Role Massada, Inc. is building one of the largest fiber-to-the-home networks in U.S. history—right here in Colorado Springs. Responsibilities Install, lash, and maintain aerial fiber optic cable on poles throughout urban and suburban Colorado Springs Read and interpret construction drawings and staking sheets Operate and maintain aerial construction equipment including bucket trucks and lashers Ensure safe pole climbing and rigging practices Comply with NESC, OSHA, and company safety policies Qualifications 2+ years of aerial fiber or telecom construction experience Experience with fiber placement, lashing, and tensioning Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) Ability to work at heights and outdoors in varying conditions Strong focus on quality, accountability, and safety Benefits Hourly pay: $27-$32/hr , based on experience Options for Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Company-provided trucks, tools, and safety gear Opportunities to advance into lead and foreman roles Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional overtime and weekend hours available Local work— home every night
