Job Description

Petroleum Construction Lead (Full-Time) Service Station Equipment, Inc. is seeking a full-time Petroleum Construction Lead to manage and participate in the installation, removal, and replacement of underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks, piping, and ancillary fueling equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and participate in the installation, removal, and replacement of underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks. Accurately shoot grades and establish elevations. Prepare and submit detailed daily reports and site photos. Accurately and legibly complete all required forms, logs, and records as required. Demonstrate self-motivation and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and ensure project completion within established deadlines. Foster and promote a strong safety culture within the crew. Provide hands-on technical training and mentorship to crew members to support professional development. Collaborate effectively with internal and external project coordinators, managers, and subcontractors. Qualifications Proven experience in plumbing construction. Connecticut P-8 Limited Installer License (or higher) preferred; candidates must be willing to work toward obtaining a P-8 or higher license if not currently licensed. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision, as well as within a team. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Experience operating construction equipment and tools associated with petroleum system installations and concrete work. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work in varying weather conditions. 10hr OSHA Construction Safety and OSHA 40hr
HAZWOPER
certifications preferred, or the ability to successfully complete employer-provided training. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Proficiency in using tablets, smartphones, and other job-related technology.
