We are looking for dependable, motivated professionals with hands-on coax splicing experience who can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards and production. This position offers steady full-time work, growth opportunities, and the chance to work alongside a fast-moving team in the telecom and utility industry. Duties Perform coax splicing, maintenance, and network repairs Troubleshoot signal and network issues Read and interpret prints, schematics, and system maps Replace actives, passives, taps, and hardline when needed Work in aerial and underground environments Operate bucket trucks and other job-related equipment safely Complete work orders and maintain production standards Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements Previous coax splicing experience required Ability to troubleshoot and balance systems preferred Experience working with aerial and underground plant Comfortable working from ladders and bucket trucks Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass background check and drug test Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Schedule Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Why Join AMD Utilities?
