Job Description
Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, trenchers, backhoes, loaders, and other utility construction equipment. Perform trenching, excavation, backfilling, grading, and conduit installation for broadband and fiber optic systems. Read utility locates, construction prints, and grade stakes. Safely work around existing underground utilities and follow all utility protection requirements. Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials as needed. Follow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and job progress to supervisors. Work outdoors in varying weather and field conditions.
