A Civil Foreman oversees daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications. They coordinate crews, manage materials and equipment, and maintain clear communication between site workers and project management.What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple crew groups, providing mentorship and training to junior members. Oversee and execute civil site construction, including site layout, excavation, concrete work, site assembly, and equipment installation. Operate boom trucks, perform crane work, and manage the setup of light poles and rigging. Follow safety procedures when using electrical test and communications equipment. Evaluate job sites and secure communications equipment, understanding antennas, polarization patterns, and factors affecting bandwidth and gain/loss. Conduct thorough testing of antenna/line systems using PIM or Sweep; adjust azimuth and RETs as needed. Implement detailed procedures for equipment maintenance and address alarm conditions promptly to minimize service disruption. Transport supplies, tools, and equipment using a company vehicle; ensure proper upkeep of all company-issued tools. Maintain accurate documentation and reports; represent the company positively in all interactions. Adhere to all safety standards, driving requirements, and company regulations. Work performed at significant heights, requiring ability and comfort with climbing towers, lifting heavy equipment, and working in elevated positions using climbing gear and safety equipment. This position operates at professional construction sites, requiring the ability to communicate verbally with others on site, in person and over the telephone, ability to read printed materials, signs and directions, stamina to maintain attention despite interruptions, ability to lift, climb with, push, pull, carry, handle or feel objects, supplies, tools, machinery and/or controls weighing up to 50 pounds and reach with hands and arms; climb stairs, ladders and/ or towers; balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift overhead, traverse around sites, in the air, or otherwise position one's self around the required work and safety requirements to navigating and perform activities on various construction sites in a safe manner. Will be required to work on project sites and operate vehicles, trailers, machinery, equipment, and other tools within local, state, and federal safety guidelines. This position operates in a professional field environment. The position requires working outside, frequently for extended periods of time in all weather, including extreme hot and cold temperatures, wind and rain. While working, the employee might be exposed to various chemicals, vapors, pollutants, virus or other air-borne pathogens, gases, uneven surfaces, loud noises, moving vehicles or machines and dust/debris.EXPECTED POSITION HOURS
This is a full-time position. Overtime may be required as job duties demand, and with prior approval. Must be able to work weekends, overnight, out of the market or away from home and willingness to travel overnight as work demands. Minimum Requirements Education and Work Experience Proven track record in coordinating and facilitating municipal inspections, including communication with inspectors to ensure compliance. Experience with elevated work and the ability to handle a 50 lb. load. Proficiency with ladder or bucket truck operations as well as heavy equipment such as skid-steers, mini-excavators, skip loader, etc. Prior experience in civil site construction preferred. Physical capability to crouch, kneel, and twist, and to perform tasks involving climbing and reaching. Flexibility for 100% travel and shift work, including weekends. Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, blueprints, and specifications. At least 3 years of experience in wireless telecommunication site construction, with extensive knowledge of wireless technologies, including fiber optics, coax cable, LTE, and 5G. Experience with DAS, fiber testing, PIM and sweep certification, and OSHA Safety standards certification preferred (training provided). Strong teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving work objectives. Commitment to maintaining quality throughout all stages of construction and service delivery. Certifications, Licenses, and other Requirements Minimum age of 21 years old. Mandatory possession of a current valid Driver's License; CDL is advantageous. Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to be covered by company auto Insurance. Successful completion and clearance of a pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and background check.Pay Range:
$30.00 - $36.00 AAP/EEOSTATEMENT
