equivalent inspections, and maintain detailed documentation of service and installation actions. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect overhead cranes and hoists. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment. Interface with customers and office to repair equipment as needed. Evaluate and recommend repairs for customers. Maintain rapport with customers by identifying solutions and suggesting improvements. Perform quality installations and inspections, troubleshoot breakdowns, and respond to repair calls. Complete forms, reports, and inspection checklists to document service actions. Maintain good response time and inform customers of problems. Ensure professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization. Essential Skills Ability to troubleshoot 3-phase electrical systems. Electro-mechanical expertise. Experience with heavy equipment diagnostics and repair. Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge. Clean driving record. Proficiency in welding. Ability to work at heights above 25 feet. Additional Skills & Qualifications Good driving record. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Capacity to work independently. Skill in performing inspections to
OSHA/ANSI
criteria. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel. Safety-oriented mindset. Customer service oriented while being quality and results driven. Ability to fabricate and weld structures.
