Pacific Tech Communications Inc. is hiring experienced Aerial Linemen for telecom construction projects in the Austin market. We are working on ongoing fiber builds and need skilled, hands-on professionals who understand aerial construction and can deliver clean, safe, and efficient work in the field. This is a field-heavy role — ideal for someone who has real experience with strand, fiber placement, and pole line work.

Responsibilities:

Perform aerial fiber construction including strand, lashing, and fiber placement Install anchors, down guys, and hardware Work from bucket trucks and ladders Read and follow construction prints and pole loading requirements Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Coordinate with ground crews and supervisors Maintain daily production and safety reports

Requirements:

Proven experience as an aerial lineman in telecom construction Strong knowledge of strand, lashing, and pole line construction Ability to read and understand construction prints Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions Valid driver's license Ability to travel locally as needed Preferred (not required): Experience with Lumen projects AT&T or other major carrier experience CDL is a plus Experience operating bucket trucks
