LINEMEN — Powerline Division Star Electric is hiring Linemen to perform overhead and underground distribution work on oilfield electrical projects throughout the Permian Basin.
Responsibilities:
Construct, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical distribution systems Install and replace poles, crossarms, insulators, conductors, transformers, switches, and related equipment Perform line work in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other line equipment Identify and troubleshoot faults on distribution circuits Maintain proper grounding techniques and ensure safe work clearances at all times Complete daily work reports and job documentation accurately
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL Minimum 2 years of experience in powerline construction and maintenance Strong working knowledge of overhead and underground distribution systems Ability to climb poles and work from aerial lifts at height Ability to pass drug screening and background check
