The ideal candidate will bring skills working with fiber systems, heavy equipment, and construction environments. This role requires a commitment to safety and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions. Having a versatile attitude willing to do any type of work for successful project completion, projects are full builds including underground cable install, hand holes, and pulling fiber. Duties Install fiber optic cable on power poles and related infrastructure. Operate heavy equipment including bucket trucks and mini-ex when needed Utilize power tools and knowledge of fiber materials Climb poles as necessary to access lines and install fiber hardware Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on construction sites. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. May include ground work installing hand holes and pulling fiber Skills Proficient in the operation of power tools relevant to line work. Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of site safety protocols. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including bucket operation, CDL preferred Physical capability to climb structures and work at heights safely. Knowledge of high voltage systems and safely work around them Good listener, follow instructions and communicate well Join our team as a Lineperson where your skills will contribute significantly to our operations while ensuring the safety and reliability of fiber infrastructure. PAY range is DOE and CDL preferred
