Job Description
Lineman Aerial Cable Construction Lineman Pay $23- $28 an hour Job details Our work environment job duties include: Ability to work as part of a team and relate well with co-workers. General knowledge of construction practices. Familiar in all aspects of aerial cable construction, including but not limited to Print/Elevation understanding, bucket truck, ladder, pole climbing operation, strand, coax, fiber, lashing, framing, transfer, finishing and maintenance. Knowledge of tools and materials used for maintenance and construction of lines. Be able to be professional to customers while respecting their property. Follow company policies. Be well versed in field prints, determine best way for work to be performed as well as determine foreseeable issues Ensure all installation work is complete as quickly as possible with utmost safety. Perform construction work such as digging hole, placing cable, and inner duct Required Skills/Abilities Be able to climb poles/work and or use bucket truck to place cables on poles per design. Experience operating a mini excavator safely. Ability to properly lift up to 75-80 pounds safely. Ability to work at heights of 20+ feet. Work under any type of weather conditions. Ability to travel for projects. Hotels are paid for Work weekends if necessary.
