Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Field Foreman to lead a crew on T-Mobile cell sites. You'll be the point person on-site, ensuring every job is done right, done safely, and documented perfectly. This role requires someone who is technically sharp, detail-oriented, and ready to move at the speed of the wireless industry.​ Key Responsibilities ​Lead the

Crew:

Supervise and run daily on-site operations ensuring the job stays on task and follows troubleshooting steps and policies. Train and develop your crew members to ensure efficient and quality work while still maintaining the safety mind set.

Tower Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve basic and advanced issues on cell phone towers, including link failures, hardware faults, power issues, vandalism repair and many other issues that may arise causing a service interruption for our customers.

Line Testing:

Use specialized test gear to verify the quality of all coax and fiber lines on certain scopes of work. Not all scopes of work require testing. But on the scopes that require testing if it's not tested, it's not finished 100%

Documentation:

Take full ownership of safety forms and project paperwork. We require 100% completion and accuracy on all policies and safety logs.​

Quality Control:

Perform site walks and inspections to ensure our work meets T-Mobile's high standards before we leave the site.​ What You Need to Bring​

Technical Knowledge:

Experience in wireless telecom and a solid understanding of how cell sites function. ​

Detail-Oriented:
