Field Installation Technician (100% Travel Role)

Starting Pay:

$20/hour + $56/day per diem + mileage reimbursement About the Role We're looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who are ready to travel and install structural canopy systems across the country. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being on the road, and working in different environments. You'll be part of a crew installing our products on-site and representing our company directly with customers. What You'll Do Travel to job sites nationwide (100% travel required) Assist with installation of canopy and structural systems Use hand and power tools in a construction-style environment Load/unload materials and ensure proper transport of equipment Drive company trucks and tow trailers (DOT compliance required) Communicate professionally with customers on-site Coordinate with internal teams to complete projects successfully Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are prepared for each installation What We're Looking For Experience with hand tools or construction/mechanical work Comfortable with frequent travel and changing schedules Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to tow a trailer or willingness to learn Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and customer service skills Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $20/hour $56/day per diem while traveling Mileage reimbursement Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) Opportunity for advancement into Lead Installer roles Important to Know Before Applying This is a 100% travel position Typical schedule is 5 days on the road, but projects may require longer durations Work will include early mornings, late nights, overnights and weekends This is a physically demanding, hands-on role Who This Role is Great For Former construction or installation workers Drivers who want more hands-on work Individuals who enjoy travel and working outdoors People who take pride in building and completing projects
