Lead Detailing Technician

Pay:

$25/hr + tips Employment type: Full-time What you'll do Meet customers at the job site Manage technicians and perform RV detailing services with technicians Oversee quality Maintain safety and equipment throughout the job Set up at each job: hoses, pressure washers, ladders/scaffolding, vacuums, buffers, towels, chemicals Wash, wax, and detail RV exteriors and interiors Follow and guide the team with written standard operating procedures and safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers and team; take notes/photos as needed Take payment at the end of the service and close out the visit professionally What we look for Must have previous detailing or pressure washing experience, or have experience working in RV maintenance Must have a vehicle to drive to job sites Valid driver's license and clean driving record Confident communicator who can represent the company well Organized, safety-minded, and capable of leading a small crew Able to solve problems on site without losing professionalism Reliable attendance and punctuality; professional attitude Strong attention to detail Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work for extended periods Ability to lift/move equipment up to 30 lbs Ability to bend, kneel, and stand/walk for long periods Comfortable using ladders/scaffolding and working at heights on RV roofs (training and safety gear provided) Basic smartphone skills (texts, photos, job notes, scheduling updates) Work style

Team-based:

you'll lead the job site, manage technicians, maintain equipment, safety, and quality. We move fast, protect customer property, and keep a clean work area. If you're the kind of person who takes pride in "before and after," you'll fit in.
