Key Responsibilities- Identify HSE risks together with the installation team and follow site safety requirements during execution of work
- Perform daily installation work, ensure the progress aligns with the project schedule and make sure the projects are delivered on time
- Lead and participate in on-site installation of power transformers, including: o Mechanical assembly and accessories installation o Oil filling, vacuum processing, and related activities
- Execute installation work in accordance with drawings, installation procedures, and project-specific requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues during installation
- Provide daily work updates and report progress/issues to the Field Supervisor or Project Manager
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians
- Support inspection activities, punch list completion, and project handover Basic Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years experience in 230kV and above transformer installation or similar field work
- Hands-on experience with: o Moving transformer to the installation position on the foundation o Assembly work (bushing assembly, high voltage leads connection, insulation wrapping) o Vacuum oil filling o Operating oil filtration machine and dry air generator o Basic experience supporting SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and functional testing o Lifting work o Wire connection from accessories(like fans, gas relay, pressure relief device, thermometers) to the control cabinet/termination box.

- Ability to read technical drawings and circuit diagram
- Familiar with basic theory, transformer structure, components, accessories and tools/fixtures.
- Ability to identify and support analysis of quality issues.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Familiar with local regulations and working procedure of the end users.
