This position is ideal for technicians who can independently diagnose faults, perform corrective maintenance, and support turbine reliability initiatives while maintaining the highest safety standards. Our technicians support some of the largest renewable energy operators in North America and are expected to bring a strong technical skill set, professionalism, and commitment to quality work. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control system faults on Siemens 2.3 MW wind turbines Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities Execute corrective maintenance and repairs to return turbines to service safely and efficiently Interpret fault codes, turbine data, electrical schematics, and technical documentation Troubleshoot converter, pitch, yaw, communication, control, and power generation systems Perform inspections and assessments of turbine components and associated equipment Replace and repair components as required Support turbine optimization and reliability improvement efforts Complete detailed service reports and maintenance documentation Utilize CMMS and customer reporting systems to document work performed Participate in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) reviews and daily safety meetings Maintain compliance with all customer, company, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements Assist with component exchanges and specialized maintenance scopes as needed Provide technical support and mentorship to less experienced technicians Maintain a professional relationship with customers and site personnel Required QualificationsEducation High School Diploma or GED Certifications Current GWO Certification preferred or equivalent Valid Driver's License required Valid U.S. Passport required Experience Minimum 2 years of wind industry experience Minimum 1 year of Siemens 2.3 MW troubleshooting experience preferred Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Experience utilizing turbine diagnostic software and troubleshooting tools Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and engineering documentation Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve turbine faults Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Siemens Level B or equivalent experience Experience with advanced troubleshooting and fault recovery Experience with large corrective projects and major component exchanges Background in power generation, industrial maintenance, or electrical systems Additional electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic certifications Physical Requirements The physical demands listed below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position: Ability to climb wind turbines exceeding 300 feet Ability to work at heights for extended periods Ability to work in confined spaces Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and components Ability to safely navigate uneven terrain Ability to work in varying weather conditions Ability to wear all required PPE and PFPE equipment Must not exceed 280 pounds due to PFPE equipment limitations Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Per diem opportunities when applicable Paid Time Off 401(k) Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Opportunity to work on specialized troubleshooting and large corrective projects Work Location Various wind sites throughout the United States Travel required based on project needs Rotation schedules may vary by project Why Titan Power Group?
