Full Job Description Job Title:

Flush & Fill Support Technician (24-Hour Coverage)

Location:

Red Oak, TX Project Duration:

1 Month (Potential Extension up to 3 Months)

Schedule:

12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM•7:00 PM / 7:00 PM•7:00 AM)

Start Date:

ASAP Skillforce is seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Cooling Technicians to support a 24-hour operation for a thermal cooling system project at a data center in Red Oak, TX. This role involves monitoring system performance, identifying and repairing liquid cooling leaks, and ensuring continuous system operation during flush and fill activities. Pay for this role is up to $35/hr., depending upon experience. We are hiring several candidates to cover both day and night shifts. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow procedures in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Project Details:

Work Scope:

Provide 24-hour support for flush and fill operations Monitor systems and respond to liquid cooling leaks Perform minor repairs using hand tools (torque wrench, screwdrivers) Follow MOP (Method of Procedure) for leak repair and system maintenance Maintain communication with site contacts and team members

Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts (day and night coverage required)

Monday-Friday Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools Ability to detect and troubleshoot liquid cooling leaks Comfortable working in a data center or industrial environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Training & Certifications:

OSHA 10 required (or willingness to obtain) On-site training provided for leak repair procedures Additional site-specific training required prior to starting work

Tools & Equipment:

Basic hand tools (torque wrench, screwdrivers) Standard construction PPE required

PPE Requirements:

High-visibility safety vest Cut-resistant work gloves Climber-style hard hat (Type 1 minimum) Safety boots (must cover the ankle) Safety glasses Hearing protection
