Maintenance / Facilities Job Summary Creekside Post Acute is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to support the daily operations and upkeep of our skilled nursing and post-acute care facility. The ideal candidate is hands-on, responsive, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities Assist with general building maintenance and repairs Perform routine inspections of facility equipment and systems Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Support preventative maintenance programs Maintain grounds, walkways, and common areas Assist with painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC-related tasks as needed Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control standards Help set up and move furniture or equipment for events and resident needs Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies Qualifications Previous maintenance or facility experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Reliable attendance and positive teamwork attitude Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing settings is a plus How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting a resume and contact information.
