$23-$24; merit-based increases

Maintenance Director, Administrator About Weatherly Inn Weatherly Inn is a family-owned senior living community known for excellence in memory care and resident-centered support. We work closely with families to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a warm, professional environment. Paid time off (PTO) About the Role We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to support our facilities team in maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment. This hands-on role involves general building maintenance, landscaping, and assisting the Maintenance Director with daily operations. Key Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems Complete and document work orders as assigned, reporting issues to supervisor Mow lawns, trim hedges, edge perimeters, prune trees, weed flower beds, and clean debris Power wash walkways and structures; maintain grounds and building cleanliness Assist and learn from Maintenance Director in managing facilities Be available for on-call duties, including evenings and weekends Maintain a safe and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications GED or High School diploma preferred 1+ year of experience with facility maintenance, building systems, or landscaping preferred WA State Driver License with clean record Proficient with power tools and general repair/maintenance skills Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs; push 250 lb residents or carts Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive arm/hand movements We maintain a strong policy of Equal Employment Opportunity for all associates.
