Perform a range of skilled and unskilled tasks related to building maintenance and grounds. Collaborate with Supervisor and fellow team members to tackle various maintenance assignments. Demonstrate initiative and judgment in aiding wherever required. Contribute to the overall functionality and appearance of the facility.
