Job Description

Full-Time 40 hour a week position, weekends and on-call hours As a Building & Grounds Repair Assistant, you will: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across the building, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility upkeep. Perform Panting. Electrical work. Plumbing. Pool Maintenance. Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize future issues. Respond promptly to work orders and resident/staff requests. Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance (e.g., clearing walkways). Support building security by locking/unlocking entrances and monitoring entry points. Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols. What We're Looking For -
Maintenance Qualifications:
Proven experience in building maintenance, general repair, or a similar field Hands-on knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout your shift High school diploma or GED Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious Must have your own basic hand tools Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience in healthcare, assisted living, or residential maintenance settings Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems Strong communication and problem-solving abilities If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in problem-solving, and want to contribute to the quality of life for others, we want to hear from you!
