Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities :

Assist with the inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing filters, lubricating machinery, and cleaning equipment. Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment and systems. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them promptly. Help maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Document maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent.
