The Maintenance Assistant will assume the responsibility and accountability of carrying out the maintenance tasks for the facility.

Task could include:
patching, painting, minor facility repairs, as well as maintaining life safety requirements for compliance.
Education:
must possess a minimum of a high school education or equivalent and maintenance experience in a health-related setting is preferred.
