Shreeji-SwamiCookeville, LLC PURPOSE:
Responsibilities include, but are notlimited to, performing general maintenance work and documentation to ensurehotel maintenance quality standards (as necessary by CandlewoodSuites-Cookeville, TN / H&N Hospitality Management) maintenance qualitystandards are achieved and maintained.
RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Ensurecomplete guest satisfaction.
  • Ensurecomplete guest safety.
  • Informsguest of the hotel facilities.
  • Must havethe ability to read, speak and write the English language to communicate withguest.
. Responsiblefor preventative maintenance and completing work orders in a timely manner suchas replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, painting and exterior building repairand cleanliness.
